Duane thompson | owner and CEO
Bringing more than 25 years of experience with local companies in a variety of industries, both union and non-union, as VP of HR, Director of HR, and Chief Administrative Officer, Duane combines this with his experience practicing law in Illlinois (since 1980) and Iowa (since 1985) to provide an integrated and skilled perspective to help your company.
While not currently practicing law, his background has given him a depth of experience in organizational development, industrial and construction safety compliance, DOT compliance, Worker's Compensation and other insurance claims management, lean manufacturing processess, and organizational change management.

- Juris Doctorate, licensed in Illinois and Iowa
Drew Thompson | CAO/CIO
Having worked in various industries, such as manufacturing, medical, scientific research, teaching, construction, and legal, Drew uses these experiences to help better understand how each company works and what it needs. He has also turned his hobby of computers and technology to the benefit of our clients by assisting in assessing their technological needs.
As part of evaluating technological needs, he also helps companies assess their Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure it meets employer's needs and goals, and creates one, assists in transitions, or helps choose a commercial product to best fit the company.
